How to Renew Apollo IKS Server

Step 1: Locate the Serial Number

• Use your remote control to access the menu.
• Go to System Settings, then navigate to STB Info.
• You will see your device information, including the serial number.
• Send this serial number to a Store Sat customer service representative.

1. The screen will display “Connected”, along with the activation date and expiry date of the current server status.
2. You may also see the word “Expired” below — this refers to Apollo VIP services, not the regular version. Each is activated and managed separately.

Apollo Server Versions

• Apollo IKS:
  No specific version required, but it’s recommended that your device has the latest firmware update.
• Apollo VIP:
  Requires the device to be updated to the latest software version.
• Apollo Super Card:
  This service is only available on selected high-end devices (Apollo IKS Pro versions).
